California Prop 65
CALIFORNIA PROPOSITION 65
In 1986, California voters approved the Safe Drinking Water and Toxic Enforcement Act, known as Proposition 65, requiring businesses to provide warnings to customers about potential exposure to chemicals that cause cancer, birth defects or other reproductive harm.
Certain products purchased for sale to California consumers are covered by Prop 65 and require a Prop 65 warning. These products may result in an exposure to one or more of the chemicals in the Prop 65 List. For ACGS’ customers purchasing products distributed by ACGS and are subsequently selling or distributing to customers and entities in the State of California, please be advised to provide a Prop 65 warning to fulfill Prop 65 compliance.
